Case — 01
For 5 yearsBrand ambassador and design manager for the SASA region (South America Sub Area), based in the São Paulo office.
Every year, the company distributed this printed guide to clients and partners. I was responsible for the graphic design and production — from layout to print — as well as the satisfaction survey website/app, suggestions for future editions, and digital launch materials.
The three images above are from the 2004 edition; the two below are from 2005.
This was the largest project I took part in during my time at the company. My work ranged from checking logo usage at official courts to creating and managing materials for exclusive events — a themed desk calendar, signage at Santos Dumont and Congonhas airports, bus wraps, stage design, a hotsite and a volleyball-shaped invitation. There were two major productions, in São Paulo and Rio, hosting VIP clients who attended the games and stayed at the Copacabana Palace.
This event's branding, together with the Exame magazine seal (Best Companies to Work For), was incorporated into the company's stationery. I was also responsible for that adaptation.
Direct collaboration with the training team on EYU's rollout in Brazil. Based on the international guidelines, I developed the launch materials, course interfaces, digital registration project and a direct channel with trainers, plus giveaways, uniforms and classroom signage.
For confidentiality reasons, images of the classrooms and actual training sessions cannot be shared publicly.
Every year, EY brought to Brazil the award recognizing the entrepreneur who had made the greatest impact that time — I was directly involved in building the branding for these events.
The first two images already show the new brand identity applied.
Below is a selection of other projects I produced, including print periodicals, standalone campaigns and client engagement events.
After 5 years at the company, I kept working as a freelancer on several projects.
I was sponsored by Ernst & Young to pursue an MBA in Brand Management at Anhembi Morumbi University, fully funded by the company.
I joined as an analyst, was promoted to coordinator, and eventually became a manager — a role I held for 2.5 years at the company.
I took part in several internal trainings, including a week-long “management methods” intensive in Chile.
Over 5 years inside EY's in-house agency, I had incredible opportunities in both branding and learning the dynamics of a foreign multinational — it was the most valuable professional experience I had in my career, and it greatly prepared me for my following five years at LexisNexis, where I focused more on UX and Product Design.
